Software Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Participate in product development activities including analysis, development, testing, documentation, and support.
•  Develop and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, validation, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Develop and maintain PL/SQL procedures, functions, packages, and database objects.
•  Assist in troubleshooting functional and technical issues related to Oracle EBS/Fusion applications.
• Work with Oracle EBS/Fusion data models and understand business processes across Finance modules.
•  Support ELT development, data migration, and product enhancements.
• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing.
• Basic exposure to Python scripting for automation and data processing is desirable.

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of SQL including joins, analytical functions, query optimization,    and performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience in PL/SQL development.
• Basic understanding of Oracle EBS/Fusion architecture and data models.
• Knowledge of Oracle database objects such as views, sequences, synonyms, and indexes.
• Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
•  Self-driven with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
• Exposure to Oracle Database, Python, reporting tools, or cloud databases  (Databricks, Snowflake) will be an added advantage.

Experience & Education

Required:

• Around 2–3 years of experience in SQL/PLSQL development, Oracle database programming, reporting, or Oracle EBS/Fusion support. Exposure to Python scripting and analytics tools will be an added advantage.
