Senior Consultant – Data Pipeline / Data Integration

Required Technical Skills 

1. SQL & Database Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of SQL, including complex queries, joins, stored procedures, and query optimisation.
• Experience working with any relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.

2. Programming & Scripting

• Experience with Java or Python

3. SaaS Application Integration

• Experience integrating data from at least one enterprise SaaS application, such as Oracle Fusion Cloud, Salesforce, Workday, SAP Cloud, or NetSuite.

4. REST API Integration

• Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, XML, and HTTP methods.
• Experience with API authentication, pagination, rate limits, and error handling.

5. Data Pipeline & ETL/ELT

• Understanding of ETL/ELT concepts is a plus.

Good to Have:

• Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, Azure Data Factory, or SSIS.
• Exposure to cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, or Azure SQL.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modelling, and data lineage.
• Experience integrating Oracle EBS or Oracle Fusion ERP/HCM/SCM applications.
• Experience troubleshooting data integration and performance issues in customer environments.

Consulting & Communication Skills

• Ability to understand customer integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Experience working directly with customers on implementation, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with engineering, product, and delivery teams.
