Job Description
Our BI Solutions Specialists are the drivers behind delivery and implementation of SplashBI. We are looking for someone with at least 10 years of experience in Design, Development, Implementation and Support of Oracle ERP solutions.
Roles & Roles Responsibilities:
Work with other product teams, legal, risk, operations, design and technology teams to define, prioritize, deliver and align solutions to product vision and roadmap
Partner with the Product Owners and product team for ongoing refinement of product backlog, execution of the product / project delivery road map
Manage delivery on existing product features, write epics, user stories, acceptance criteria and participate in all agile/scrum events of the product group. Lead the research, definition and development of new features to advance the product roadmap.
Manage with other product teams, legal, risk, operations, design and technology teams to define, prioritize, deliver and align solutions to product vision and roadmap
Should be a subject matter expert with respect to Customer Identity and Access Management processes and supporting applications/capabilities
Co-ordinate with Product Owner and Area Product Owners with developing business cases and/or measuring/improving operational results
Hands-on with user Training
Preferred Candidate Background
Academic Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
10+ years of experience in Oracle EBS ERP (Applications viz., Finance, HR/HCM, SCM, Projects etc) solutions design, develop and implementation
Strong Oracle Product orientation with experience in defining and building out product roadmap and business models
Ability to map business processes and identify requirements from those processes
Structured thinker, effective communicator with excellent written communication skills
Proficient in Tools: MS Office Suite, JIRA
