Roles & Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and implement documentation processes that align with industry best practices and organizational requirements.
  • Design and maintain documentation templates both functional and technical that facilitate the creation of consistent and high-quality technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand documentation needs and ensure that documentation meets the required standards and specifications.
  • Lead the design and implementation of a Content Management System (CMS) that supports efficient documentation storage, retrieval, and version control.
  • Architect documentation structures that enable easy navigation and access to information for various audiences, including end-users, developers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Continuous Integration is inevitable along with Product versions releases.
  • Follow documentation testing plans.
  • Conduct regular assessments of existing documentation processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Train and mentor junior technical writers and other team members on best practices for creating and managing technical documentation.
  • Work closely with product development teams to gather information and insights for accurate and up-to-date documentation.
  • Ensure that documentation adheres to regulatory compliance standards and industry guidelines.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Should be worked on in software application documentation like user manuals, white papers, requirements documents, and technical and functional documentation.
  • Good English with high standards of the document writing skills.
  • Owning all the product documentation and ensure it is maintained with high quality
