- 4 to 6 Years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM or EBS HRMS R12
- Experience in 2 or more of these modules – Core HR, Payroll, Oracle Advanced Benefits, Talent Management, Absence Management, Time & labor and Learning Management.
- Should have strong SQL & PL/SQL Skills
- OTBI Reports, BIP Reports​
- Experience in Support at L2 level in the last 2 years at least​
- Working in different time zones especially the US or Europe. Excellent communication skills – Reading, Writing, Listening and Speaking
