· Fusion HCM (Payroll Mandatory)

(Roles/Responsibilities)

· One or two full lifecycle on Oracle Fusion HCM implementation (HR and Payroll)

· Must have worked on / implemented Fusion HR and Payroll

· End to end Fusion HCM Payroll Lifecycle

· Should have complete knowledge of Pre and Post payroll processes

· Should have knowledge on payroll reports and processes

· Worked on Fusion Talent Management, Time & Labor and Absences are value added

· Strong Cloud configuration and setups skills are needed

· Technically should be very strong, should have knowledge on all Payroll tables involved in Fusion Payroll

· Ability to handle IN/OUT bound integrations from Cloud
