Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales of our HR Reporting and People Analytics solutions in the Indian market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling HCM / HR Technology Software solutions and possess exceptional sales skills.

 

Key Responsibilities

•        Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets for HR Reporting and People Analytics solutions in the Indian market.

•        Identify and engage potential clients, build strong relationships, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions.

•        Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of our solutions.

•        Understand client requirements, provide customized solutions, and effectively negotiate contracts and pricing agreements.

•        Collaborate with the BDR and marketing team to develop and implement effective sales campaigns, including lead generation activities and targeted marketing strategies.

•        Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments related to HR Technology Software solutions.

•        Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to the management team.

·         Requirements:

•        Proven track record of successful sales experience in selling HCM / HR Technology Software solutions, preferably in the Indian market.

•        Strong understanding of BI, HR reporting, people analytics, and workforce management concepts.

•        Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.

•        Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

•        Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.

•        Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools to effectively manage the sales process.

•        Willingness to travel within India for client meetings and industry events as required.
