Roles & Responsibilities:
Preferred: Marketo
- Own email marketing & campaign calendar end-to-end: Design/develop workflows/email campaigns aimed at customer engagement, higher conversions, and more qualified leads that add to the pipeline.
- Understanding of demand gen, lead lifecycle, nurturing, and management
- Perform A/B testing of email campaigns and demonstrate steady growth in email engagement rates
- Optimize email deliverability and conversion rates
- Perform device testing and email client optimization
- Data management and segmentation
- Create campaign landing pages and other assets in Marketo and other email tools
- Own and drive Marketo email marketing performance
- Work closely with the ISRs to ensure successful hand-off of leads
- Well versed with global privacy laws including GDPR, CANSPAM, and other requirements in the US and Europe
