Roles & Responsibility:
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Facilitate team collaboration, communication, and knowledge sharing to promote a positive and productive work environment.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the technical team, encouraging innovation, learning, and adoption of new technologies and methodologies.
- Ensure the process meets labor and quality standards.
- Ability to work on multiple projects at a time.
- Coordinate with other Downstream & Upstream teams to Resolve Issues.
- Experience in performing conference room pilots, user acceptance and other required activities for implementation projects.
- Should be proficient in Oracle Database & SQL/PLSQL
- Ability to troubleshoot Oracle EBS/Cloud Technical Issues.
- Basic Knowledge of Cloud Infrastructures(AWS/Azure)
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports, technical updates, and post-implementation reviews to stakeholders
