AI/ML Engineer

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML engineer to design and develop machine learning models for an innovative AI-powered consumer application that reviews contracts and assists with taxes. You will work closely with domain experts and software engineers to deliver accurate and user-friendly AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimise machine learning models.
• Collaborate with domain experts to integrate product-specific knowledge into AI models.
• Implement natural language processing (NLP) techniques for document review and extraction.
• Ensure scalability, accuracy, and performance of the AI models.
• Stay updated on AI advancements and integrate relevant technologies.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Python, Pandas, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Generative AI.
• Experience building AI agents using standard frameworks like Langchain, LangGraph, Pydantic AI, N8N, or Crew AI is required.
• Strong background in natural language processing (NLP/NLU)
• Experience with large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and fine-tuning techniques.
• Familiarity with data preprocessing and annotation for unstructured data.
• Ability to deploy models in a cloud-based environment (GCP, AWS). Proficiency in Vertex AI is preferred.
