Consultant (PLSQL Developer)

Roles & Responsibilities:
Includes the below listed but not limited to:
• Understanding the business requirements and design the solutions.
• Development, Support, Debugging and troubleshooting of the existing applications.
• Develop complex PL/SQL code to implement triggers, stored procedures, functions and packages.
• Optimize PL/SQL code and SQL queries to enhance performance, Identify and fix bugs or discrepancies in
the application code.
• Conduct performance assessments and implement improvements to the existing custom applications.
• Work closely with the team members and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Training users/BSAs when required & preparing technical documentation.
• Participate in team meetings to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Identify and resolve issues in PL/SQL code and database operations.
• Identify and fix bugs or discrepancies in the application code.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle database architecture and management.
• Participate in team meetings to develop robust applications.
• Conduct quality assessments to ensure system stability before release.

Knowledge and Skills Required:
• 5 – 8 years of strong experience in Oracle SQL/PLSQL.
• Expertise in performance tuning and optimization of PL/SQL code.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle database architecture and management.
• Experience with database objects like tables, views, indexes, and sequences.
• Ability and willingness to stay updated with the latest developments and updates and follow best practices.
• Expertise in using SQL Developer and TOAD for PL/SQL development.
• Ensure customer satisfaction, Self-drive and perform duties with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address technical issues, system errors, and
integration challenges.
• Effective communication skills at all organizational levels, including written, oral, and presentation skills.
• Should be a good team player with can do attitude.
• Capability to switch and willingness to work in any of the technologies as per the need basis.
• Ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions.
• Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Technical: SQL/PLSQL & Database Tools etc.
PreferredAdded advantage: Any Domain Knowledge
Experience and EducationRequired: 5-8 years of relevant experience on Oracle SQL, PLSQL
Education: Should be a Graduate
