Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Generative AI/MI engineer , building applications with LLMs and ML models to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in artificial intelligence and machine learning, with a proven track record of building and deploying scalable AI/ML solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect, Design, build, and deploy machine learning models. Utilize various machine learning techniques and algorithms, including supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, and reinforcement learning.
- Has directly developed/deployed/run/maintained machine learning models
- Has an opinion on how to best work with LLMs, tradeoff between fine tuning and RAG, etc.
- Someone excited to not just work in AI, but help shape how businesses build useful AI-powered apps with their data in a simple, clean way.
- Experience building and deploying AI/ML models in real-world applications, with a focus on proof-of-concept development
- Collect, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to build high-performance machine learning models. Identify data patterns and insights to drive business decisions.
- Keep up to date with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies, tools, and frameworks. Propose innovative solutions and improvements based on industry trends.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of AI/ML models, experiments, and processes. Present findings and results to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.’
Qualifications:
Education: Master’s degree in computer science
Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development and implementation
Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency and working experience of Python.
- Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras).
- Experience with data manipulation and analysis tools (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
- Worked with databases, writing and understanding schemas and SQL
- Knowledge in Microservices, Deployment Methodologies
- Basic Linux Commands and using Putty
